Luis Doménech
Luis Doménech is president of Market Intelligence Latin America, S.C., a Mexico City based consulting firm specialized in assisting international companies and organizations in initiating or expanding their market presence in Mexico and Latin America. Prior to founding MILA, he managed the operations of a Mexican consulting company, worked as the Mexico Director of Strategic Studies for a U.S. consulting firm, and as an auditor for Ernst & Young.
     Doménech has produced more than 600 market research reports for International companies tapping into the Mexican market. He has completed numerous market studies for the U.S. Department of Commerce, The Canadian Embassy in Mexico City, the Royal Netherlands Embassy and for major Industry Associations and consulting companies as well as for private companies in the oil and gas, food, environmental, paper, electronics, IT, industrial machinery and apparel industries among many others. He has a CPA degree from the University Universidad Panamericana. He is a Mexican national and is fluent in English. 


Cari E. Guittard
Cari E. Guittard joined the list of speakers for the Community Summit on Citizen Diplomacy presented by the Albuquerque Council for International Visitors Oct. 4-5.She will open the summit’s sessions with a keynote address on “Geopolitical Perspectives – 5 Global Trends Americans Can’t Afford to Ignore.”
Cari is a senior associate at Global Strategic Partners, a boutique intelligence, defense and strategic communications firm. She has worked for Business for Diplomatic Action, a nonprofit whose mission was to enlist the U.S. business community in public diplomacy and global engagement efforts; and for the U.S. Department of State working primarily in the Middle East and Asia.
She has maintained a strong connection with higher education serving as on the adjunct faculty of the University of Southern California’s Masters of Public Diplomacy and the University of San Francisco’s Masters of Business Administration programs. This fall she will join the adjunct faculty of HULT International Business School teaching global management. She holds a Masters of Public Affairs and Public Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Cari is noted as a dynamic speaker and started the Community Summit on a rousing note.
