Board Meeting - second Tuesday of every month from 11am to 1:00 pm at the ACIV office. Next meeting will be at 11 a.m. Feb. 14. All Members are welcome
ACIV and Fulbright Assoc. NM Chapter: Harriet Fulbright and three Fulbright scholars will talk about the Fulbright Program and their experiences at a joint meeting from 5-6:30 p.m. March 7, 2012 on the UNM campus. Harriet Fulbright Reception: Invitation-only reception will be held from 6-8 p.m. March 8, 2012. It will be hosted by ACIV in the home of Carol Tucker Trelease, 8234 Raintree Drive NE, Albuquerque. Information available by calling ACIV office at 888-1867, or by email to aciv@juno.com.
NCIV National Conference - Feb. 15 – 18, 2012, Washington, DC
Emerging Leaders visiting Albuquerque
on the International Visitors Leadership Program:
April 1-4: Seven visitors from a variety of countries will visit to study the teaching of English as a Second Language.
May, Dates to TBD: A group of judges will visit for a week. This is a fee-for-service program. ACIV is seeking people to provide home stays for the visitors. Call the ACIV office at 888-1867 for information.
